i saw this article on the newspaper again.
it's a very cruel dish in china. they use a live fish, wrap a towel aournd its head and deep fry its body. so when it is served, the fish will still be gasping for air because the head is not cooked. CRUEL RIGHT?! eat jiu eat lar! why must eat it so cruelly? fuck.
