i saw saw saw my eye candy again this morning again!!!
and and and he was just standing NEXT to meeeeeee and i didnt noticed it at all until i look up and saw him and and and i went so ga-ga over him suddenly, shrieking and jumping until meryl thought i was siao. hahahaha.

oh! and he was carrying the same shoe bag as meeeeeee :)))))

Oh yar. Did I mention that the market near my house was BURNT? Okay lar. It was quite a big news and I was sad sad sad!

My bak chor mee was gone. My fish ball noodle was gone. My lor mee was gone. My orh lua was gone. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, MY DA JIA LAI CHICKEN RICE NO MORRRREEEEEEEEE :’(

DA JIA LAI CHICKEN RICE WAS MY CHILDHOOD LARRRRR! Last time after school, I would go there eat with my classmates until the uncles and aunties’ also can remember what we want to order lor. and and and I was the best chicken rice I ever haaaadddd!
Sadded lar! No more da jia lai chicken rice for me :(((((((
I was still telling gene we should go there eat one day because we very long never go eat already but now haven’t eat jiu no more! No moooorrrrrreeeeeeeeeeee! ALL GONE UP IN THE SMOKE!

Ponned school today AGAIN! Hais. No choice lar. Who ask me to make friend with friends who love to sing like GENEVIEVE. ASK ME PON WITH HER GO PARTY WORLD SING! LOL.

So I ponned in the end despite my conscience telling me not to. Hahaha. Too bad. Because I love to sing too.

So ponned during the first break with gene and chris(thanks gen, I wont spell Christ any more. LOL) and cab down to civics plaza. Sang although I have sore throat. It was SHIOK lor. Took some pictures and recorded our singings. Not bad lar. Today we sing got FEEL. HAHA!

Hi lovelies. Make a cup of tea while you sit down to read this post. It’s gonna be a long one.

Sorry that I was MIA for so long because I hadn’t been attending school since last Tuesday till yesterday, so it’s like a week?

Why? Many people had been asking me this question these few days.

It’s because my beloved grandmother had passed away last Tuesday morning, 16 October 2007.

After my UT in class, I saw the message from my brother-in-law. He told me that grandma had passed on. I can feel my heart drop immediately. I left the class and rush to the hospital. The stupid cab fare cost like $20 from woodland to Changi.

When I reached the hospital, a lot of my relatives were there already. Brother and sis were there too. Mum ask me to go into the room to see my grandma one last time.

When I went in, the nurses were changing her back to her home clothes. She looked pale. But it seems to me that she was sleeping. I kept wondering if they had made a mistake. Maybe grandma was only in a coma? Or maybe her heart was beating weakly but the system couldn’t detect it?

When the nurse pulled up her sleeve, her arm just hung deadly beside the hospital bed. I knew she was not with us anymore, but I couldn’t believe the fact that she bear to leave us. I went out of the room and broke out in brother’s arm. I thought I could be strong, but I can’t.

After that, we went to arrange for her wake, the casket, tentage etc, then went home to change before proceeding to the void deck of my aunty’s house to prepare her funeral.

At about evening, her body was sent back. It was raining super heavily, that I was drenched even though I was in the void deck. And I am the only one that was drenched because when the rain come, everybody ran to the stairs for shelter and I was the only one covering up the food, documents etc.

Because grandma was Christian (the rest of the family, non were), we cannot gamble or drink there, so it’s kinda quiet, and many people came and leave shortly.

I stayed at the wake throughout the whole funeral without sleeping (Okay, I dozed off a few times) until Thursday night, my youngest aunty asked me to go upstairs to sleep because she said that I looked pale.

On Saturday, we packed up and leave for the crematorium place. The father was praying for grandma, who was laying in the white polished coffin, so silent that I feel like shouting for grandma to wake up and talk to me.

After that, the coffin was sent to be cremated. As the coffin moved nearer to the furnace, more and more tears rolled down my wet cheeks. My oldest aunty broke down and she called out for grandma. Then we all started to call out for her. The atmosphere there was heart wrenching.
Yesterday went to collect grandma’s ash. Her bones had pink and yellow. They said that pink represents that she did a lot of good things while she was alive and the yellow was because she had been eating a lot of medicines because of her diabetes and high blood pressure, and the medicines stained her bones.

It was sad to see grandma lying in the coffin. Can you imagine? I have been seeing her moving around and talking to me for the last 17 years. Although she had a lot of illnesses, but she is still able to go shopping on her own and look after the house.

She was still talking and advising me the day before her operation when I went to see her. I hugged her and told her that everything will be fine, and promised to treat her durians and mangoes after her operation.

She didn’t know that she was operating to take out the cancer in her stomach, not just a normal tumour. After her operation, the cancer was gone, but more problems came out. The miscommunication between the hospital staffs made it worse. Finally, she was free from all the illnesses and sufferings, but she’ll never wake up to hug me anymore. I am angry at her. How can she bear to leave us and see us crying when we cant bear to leave her at all? Probably it’s time for her to really enjoy life up there in heaven with god, and I hope that she’ll be watching us from above.

Misses always grandma, and may you rest in peace.

HEY GORGEOUS crews came our school today and DESMOND KOH is OMG CUTEEEEEE. fiona xie is pretty also lar but i only look at guys :))))
i still remember in the dog year, the mediacorp artists shoot a mtv with the dogs and patrick ask me to bring hiyo and pepper down. and DESMOND was the one holding pepper, and he kept talking to me about pepper cos he say pepper very cute mah. LOL. i think i am gonna smile the whole day. *sheesh*
just came back from the Food Heaven and it was damn crowded cos everybody wanna take picture of the artists. the camera was just beside me only can! heng i never sit down and eat cos DESMOND was walking down the table looking for some gorgeous people. i am camera shy lar (yar right!). LOL.

then just now went to the JG shop. they are providing pre-made and self-made lappy skin. that means you can ask them make a laptop skin with the picture of you and your friends etc. its water prove and chemical prove. $38. I WANT!
then i ask them about the adidas shorts that my eye candy has. $10. I WANT!
then the aunty show me a adidas wind breaker they are selling. $58. I WANTTTTTTTT!!!

mum just told me that the doctors said that there is very slim chance that grandma will recover. so now we are just waiting for the time to arrive. hais. mum said that i should go visit grandma more often. then call her see if can wake her up.


why is life so fragile?
we should really cherish our loves ones around us before they are gone.

okay lar. i pon the 2nd and 3rd meeting. at least i went for the first okay! not like that fatty alan. LOL.
i went to the library to meet him after 1st meeting, then meet gene, khatik, audrey and huiling after the 2nd meeting. (all from W24M)
after that, we bus-ed down to vivo. went CANDY EMPIRE! pamper myself with CHOCOLATES :)))

then we went to PET SAFARI!! wanted to buy hamsters for yvonne but then her dad dont allow. toooooo bad.
now gotta fret over what to buy for her again. gosh. huiling and vivienne's birthday coming tooooo! *faints*

i am now at mum's stall. alan and gene just left. treated them pancakes. i make one leh! so proud of myself. last time i dont even dare to touch. HAHA!

so yupps. thats my children's day :)))
i ponned school!!!!!!

i think school nowadays are so dead. and i kept ponning school. i pon school again today. i left after the first meeting lar. this is the second time i pon cognitive le lor. *faints*
anyway i think i also no mood to study lar.

anyway, gene never join us for work yesterday cos she wanna rest for a week. so my classmate shuxian take over her. peisi also left in the evening time then her friend come take over her. the friend hor.... super clever can! he scored 10points for o'levels lor! zomg!
anyway, i super duper tired lor. dont feel like working also. but for the sake of money. wahhahahahaha.
oh oh oh. shuxian also work on friday with us :)))

saturday went for badminton training with genevieve with the school team! wah. i tell you, its super tiring. gene ask me to join the team with her. but i think i seriously cannot lar. i am havin muscle ache after a day of training only, and i dont think i can commit. ya.
