Serious. And she still can complain she got no clothes to wear. Hais life sucks.

And we got to see her center parting neoprints, and the ah lian durian hairstyle. HAHAHA. I'll upload all the photos together after d scan in all the neoprints HEHEHE.

Hi i spent my weekends WISELY!

Sat: macdee for breakfast w gene, yvonne and tk --> job interview @ some pub near maxwell --> BBQ till 9am the next day!

The BBQ was productive w ethel, denise, xy and their friends (cheryl, maggie, zy, elv, yp, f, and m). One of the best I ever had. Food was nice even though there wasnt the usual chicken wings and prawns. Entertainment was cards, phones, music, food and yp and her wierd ethics w her meowmeow all. HAHA. Actually got police screening nearby and they never realise we were at the shelter and they drove off. But then we laugh so loud until they came back :(

AND IMAGINE WE BBQ UNTIL MORNING GOT FIREMEN COME HAHAHA.

Half of the photos in my phone were yp's, the rest i shall just upload on fb if the stupid fb allows later. I tried 3 times and the fucking thing just close my whole IE browser w all my pollution control links fml.

I totally slept my sunday away, so shiok.

The F21 there is heaven! Bought myself a dress, headbands, $150 look alike watch and red slipper (:

Too bad our shopping trips are usually v rush. Should find one day to shop from dawn till dusk, w lots of cash in wallet hehehehe.

What is sinus?
Sinusitis is the inflammation of the paranasal sinuses due to a viral, bacterial, fungal infection or allergic reaction. More than 39 million people suffer from this condition every year. Sinuses are a pair of hollow cavities within the bones of the skull that surround the nasal passages (paranasal sinuses). Sinusitis usually occurs when these cavities become infected due to blockage of the small tubes attached to the nasal passages

What causes Sinusitis?
Fungi
Bacteria
Allergens
Viruses
Colds and Flu

If there is an infection in the nasal passages it could cause swelling, which may affect the opening to the sinuses (ostium). If this opening is blocked, air and mucus collects in the sinus cavity and cause pain or pressure on the sinus cavity wall.
When the nasal passages become swollen and extend into the ostium of the sinuses, a vacuum is created and air cannot enter or exit the sinus cavity. This can cause the mucous membranes to be "tugged" away from the bones and cause pain.
Mucus is a very good culture medium for bacteria and when it is not cleared quickly, it can irritate the sinuses and an abscess may form.

Sinusitis can also be caused by:
Colds
Allergies
Immune system problems
Structural problems in the nasal cavities

Symtoms of sinus:
- Sneezing and/or coughing (coughing that is more prevalent at night)
- Cold symptoms that don't respond to treatment
- Persistent colds with coughs
- Head pain on waking in the morning or when bending forward,
- A low grade fever between 99F and 100F or chills
- Weakness or tiredness
- Stuffy or runny nose (Rhinitis)
- Nasal congestion
- Halitosis (Bad Breath)
- Reduced sense of smell and/or taste
- Swollen and/or itchy eye lids
- Post Nasal Drip
- Blocked or stuffy nose
- Yellow or greenish discharge from the nose or down the back of the throat
- Congested feeling and pressure
- Facial pain or swelling
- Tooth pain
- Headaches accompanied by fever
- Voice hoarseness
- A decreased sense of smell
- Fullness of the ears

What if sinus is not treated?
If Sinusitis is not treated it can lead to Chronic Sinusitis. If Chronic Sinusitis is not treated or is undiagnosed, it could lead to further complications with your nose, eyes, your middle ear and the bones that make up your sinuses this is called Chronic Sinusitis.

So people, pity me? I've been having sinus since young, and it has recently got worst. In fact its kinda bad now. I'm typing and wiping mucus and coughing HAHA.

Another thing.

What causes Sinus Pressure?
The sinus cavities have openings called ostium which open into the nasal passages allowing for free exchange of air and mucus. The mucous linings have ciliated epitheliums (cells with fine hairs) that move the mucus from the sinus cavities and drains into the nasal passages. Air that is trapped in the sinuses together with other secretions may cause pressure on the sinus wall, this can result in intense pain or a sinus attack. When the membranes of the ostium become swollen, they prevent air from entering the paranasal sinuses. This in turn results in a vacuum being created within the paranasal cavity which causes pain.

SO THIS IS THE REASON WHY I ALWAYS HAVE BLOCKED NOSE W/O MUCUS. So stop forcing me to blow my nose when i got no mucus! You all dont understand how uncomfortable i feel.
And stop blaming me w all the sneezings and coughings because I CANT HELP IT D:

Anyway, I was in town w a lovely bunch of people, the same bunch of people that i spend my last new year eve with, plus bavani :D
