Gastric hurts last night:(

I'm going Queenstown later with ahpui to look for bags and sports apparals.
and y'know what? That will mean that I'll be much tempted by my favourite LAKSA there, thanks to last night's fasting and this morning's light meal with fats entering through my tummy, oh no. No more fats for tday i swear. But I'm craving for a lil sweeties. Hmm.

Sis says she wanna lose 20Kg. And she is gonna start dieting for 1 month with exercises etc.
Me: I give you one week's time to give up.
Haha. I think I totally pour cold water over her.
