Supposed to gym yesterday, but when we reach gym, it's like totally packed with canoeist and DB-ers. The guys went ahead and me and naz wanted to run at track, but the track got touch rug training i think. Wah nehmind. Then we go to the exercise corner at the hostel area there, but walao there also got DB-ers -.-
So in the end we ran in park and do some intensive exercises. HAHA. So today, my leg is wobbly. Even more effective than gym!
