went to celebrate my anutie's birthday today with mum and granny. had dinner at thai village together. i told mum that she is very fortunate because we always celebrate her birthday for her but my cousins never celebrate for my aunt. one went out and one was sleeping at home. so we bought a cake for her.

tell you arh. i think thai village food very fresh. cause we orders asparagus with scallop together with all our dishes, but it wasnt serve until we finish our food and was ordering the desserts. we had to ask for it for 4-5 times before they decided to serve it. i told mum maybe they go china collect the freshly harvested asparagus, then go ocean catch the scallops, then come back singapore and cook. cos it was damnnnnnnnn slowwwww.

this one never mind.

so after we finish the asparagus, they are suppose to serve the desserts- 2 coconuts, 1 mango pudding and one 'xue ge'. xue ge is a chinese dessert made from frog's saliva (i think) that is very nice to drink and good for complexion and throat.

the coconuts arrive very fast. then we waited and waited for the mango pudding and xue ge.at first we thought they need time to heat up cos mum ask for hot hot one. but about 30 min past ler still not here lor! i think even if they heat up the xue ge also dry until chao da alrdy lorrrr! so we ask the waitress where is our desserts. she went to check for us and never come back- AGAIN! we ask another waitress which looks more experienced and she ask us to waut while she ownself go collect for us and heat up the xue ge. mum look at me and i look at her. we both had the =.=' cos we still have to wait for the xue ge to be heated up. told told mum again that they maybe go thailand bring the mango to make the pudding, then go catch the frogs then fly back to singapore. HAHA LAME~

the bills came up to about $150 which is quite ex cos we dint order alot. only 4 pple leh. mum paid for it.
