Gone

I hate to ask you all to be early, to be on time, and to scold you all for being late. Being late for 20min or maybe sometimes up to one hour, I can understand. Me too, cant reach on the dot on every day. But being late for 2hours, or sometimes up to 4hourse?? Come from JB also reach already lor. Its not fair to those that who come early but have to wait because we usually do things as a team. And sometimes, all i ask for, is a msg to inform that you'll be late and the approximate time that you will REALLY reach.
I'm tired of being the bad guy alrdy. I give up. I dont bother.
